CreativeTech Ltd (CT) – Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for the event. By continuing with the registration process you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

The purchase of tickets is subject to the following conditions:

1. Claims and complaints
   All claims and complaints whatsoever are the sole responsibility of CT and to the extent permitted by law CT has no liability to you.
2. Issue of tickets
   Once the registration and payment processes are completed, confirmation will be sent by email. This email is also the tax invoice and will include the registration number. Tickets will be issued electronically prior to the event.
3. Refunds
   Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in accordance with the applicable laws in the jurisdiction of purchase. If a refund is required by law, liability is limited to refunding the ticket price only. All other fees and charges are non-refundable.
4. Replacement tickets
   CT will not replace general admission tickets where seating is not allocated.
5. Lost or damaged tickets
   CT reserves the right to refuse admission where tickets are lost or damaged, or tickets are not purchased through CT or other authorised points of sale. CT reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of $25 for each replacement ticket.
6. Concession Tickets (Students/Super Gold Card/Community Card holders)
   CT reserves the right to refuse admission if suitable and valid identification for concession tickets is not provided.
7. Resale of tickets
   Tickets may not, without the prior consent of CT, be resold at a premium or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
8. Cancellation of ticket
   CT must be notified of ticket cancellations no later than 15 working days prior to the first day of the event. Cancellation will incur an administration fee of $25 per ticket. Notification should be sent to

   CT reserves the right to refuse admission with reasonable cause. Late arrivals will be prevented from admission.
10. Programme
    CT reserves the right to withdraw, replace or substitute presenters, or amend the programme, prices and/or seating arrangements.
11. Recording of programme/event
    Cameras and video recorders (film, digital or otherwise), audiotape recorders and all other recording devices are prohibited at the event unless with the written permission of CreativeTech Ltd.
12. Personal Information
    Your personal information will be held by CT and the current technology partner Vodafone New Zealand Ltd. It will not be sold or passed on to any other party. If you've opted to receive email updates from CT and have provided an email address, you will be sent regular CT email newsletters. You can opt out of these at any time. 13. CreativeTech Limited reserves the right to revise or amend the Conditions of Sale without notice. Revisions or amendments become effective on posting. By making any purchase using this site after the terms and conditions have been varied you agree to be bound by the revisions or amendments.
