Trade Stand Information

Venue:	Public Atrium (WA Building) AUT, Wellesley Street, Auckland
Event dates:	Friday 10th September Saturday 11th September
Event hours:	Friday 8.30 am to 5pm Saturday 8.30am to 6pm
Set up	Thursday 9th 6pm and 9pm
Breakdown	Sunday 12th 9am and 2pm
Costs
Large	1.25m wide and 2.9m long	$1,000 + GST
Small	1.15m wide and 2.4m long	$800 + GST

Stand Rental Includes:

Stand/booth

Power supply is limited to 2-3 pieces of equipment

Security for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights

Access to the CT Lounge for two people during event hours

Signage

Signage must be incorporated into the booth.

Signage must be approved by CreativeTech Ltd at least ten days prior to the event

Internet Access:

This is an additional cost and is available from CreativeTech by arrangement. Please advise us on your booking form if you require wireless access

Security

There will be dedicated overnight security from Thursday 5pm to Sunday 2pm

Stand holders are responsible for the security of their own equipment, products, signage, etc during the day.

Access

Each stand holder will be issued with two electronic tickets allowing access to the building on Thursday and Sunday, and to the CT Lounge during the event.

Vehicle Access & Parking

Thursday 9th September - Drop off equipment, product, etc. on Thursday 9th, temporary parking is in the main visitor carpark.

You will need to provide Security (Room WA203) with your vehicle registration number to get a temporary permit

Friday 10th September - there is no parking available at AUT but there are Wilsons Carparks on St Paul's Street and Wakefield Street.

The Auckland City Council carpark is a short distance at Aotea Square.

Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th September parking is available at AUT.

The Booking Process

1. Choose your preferred stand.
2. Complete the booking form. Click here for pdf format, or here for doc format
3. Place your order by scanning and emailing the form to , or fax to 09-379-5841 and receive the tax invoice
4. Pay the invoice within 7 days of invoice date by Internet banking or by cheque.
5. Payment has cleared, and receive confirmation of payment and selected stand

(As stand bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been cleared, Internet banking will give you a better chance to book your first preference.)
